Job Information
Professionals Nord, in collaboration with Folla tech, is looking for a Service Technician in Motala. In the role of service technician, you will work with service, renovation, and installation of pumps and other rotating equipment. The work is varied and takes place both in Folla tech's workshop in Motala and on-site with customers across Sweden, primarily within the process and paper industry. The atmosphere in the team is familial and unpretentious – everyone helps each other and solves jobs together.

You will be offered

Job Responsibilities
- Dismantling and assembling pumps, machines, and piping systems
- Renovation of pumps in the workshop
- Troubleshooting and monitoring of equipment during operation
- Installation and assembly during pump replacements and new installations
- Documentation, measurement, and inspection protocols
Travel is required, primarily within Sweden. Planning is done well in advance, and hotels and travel are booked centrally.
We are looking for someone who has
Experience in mechanical work, such as a service technician, industrial mechanic, or similar. You have a good understanding of mechanics, bearings, and rotating equipment. You don’t need to know everything from the start – the most important thing is that you have the right foundation and the willingness to learn.
Requirements:
- Mechanical experience from industry or workshop
- Driver's license (B)
- Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Meritorious:
- Experience with pumps or rotating equipment
- Previous work in the process or paper industry
